Tampa, Fla. (WFLA) — After the fog lifted this morning, we hit the upper 70s this afternoon despite mostly cloudy skies. We are in for a slow cool down this evening, with temperatures remaining in the mild 70s well past sunset. Late tonight as temperatures lip into the mid to upper 60s we will see patchy dense fog forming and reducing some visibilities through sunrise Friday morning.

Friday starts out in the cool mid to upper 60s with some areas of fog. Expect any reduced visibilities to clear between 8-9 a.m. and partly cloudy skies after that. Temperatures will turn quite warm, hitting the low to mid 80s for the afternoon hours. Expect a dry and humid afternoon.

Saturday starts out fog prone as well, with cool temperatures in the 60s. Another nice warm up looms, with afternoon temperatures hitting the mid to low 80s under partly cloudy skies. The dry and humid conditions continue.

Sunday, the forecast changes a bit! Another weak front comes in Sunday with a 30% rain chance, mainly north of I-4 in the morning. This front will not drop temperatures very much despite forecast models earlier this week suggesting a cool down. Early next week, high temperatures will still be in the low to mid 80s. The front will lower our humidity slightly next week and make us a little less fog prone for the next few days.
