PALM HARBOR, Fla. (WFLA) — A UPS pilot from Palm Harbor is accused of pointing a gun at a woman during a road rage incident in Hillsborough County on the Fourth of July.

Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Wednesday arrested James Marcus Burke, 48, on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.

Investigators say Daniel and Lisa Zychowski were driving on Crawley Road near Keystone Grove. Around 6:10 p.m., Burke chased them down and pulled in front of the victims’ vehicle, forcing them to stop.

Burke then allegedly got out of the Lexus IS300 and pointed a handgun at the victims. He saw that one of the victims was videotaping the incident and got back to his vehicle and drove away.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office released the video, with the hope someone would identify the suspect.

Burke was arrested Wednesday. Arrest documents list his profession as a captain for UPS.
