TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – As more Florida residents continue to be vaccinated for COVID-19 across the state, the number of sites available also continues to rise.
Below you will find all 10 Tampa Bay counties and the different types of vaccination sites residents can take advantage of.
Hillsborough County
- Hillsborough County is offering vaccines to homebound residents without transportation
- On-site targeted vaccination events are also being held by request for businesses and organizations
Pinellas County
- Pinellas County is distributing vaccines by appointment at Florida Department of Health centers in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Mid-County and Pinellas Park
- Veterans can get vaccinated at Bay Pines or, if they’re homebound without transportation, through FloridaVets.org
Manatee County
- Manatee County is offering the Moderna vaccine at the Palmetto Bus Station in Palmetto from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Sarasota County
- Walk-up vaccination clinics are held at various locations in Sarasota County and do not require appointments
Polk County
- Vaccines are available without an appointment at several locations throughout Polk County
Pasco County
- Pasco County has two vaccination clinics set up – one on the east side of the county and the other on the west side
Hernando County
- Hernando County is offering COVID-19 vaccine appointments by calling (352) 540-6800 and choosing Option 7

Highlands County
- Highlands County is offering COVID-19 vaccines at several sites
Citrus County
- COVID-19 vaccines information is available on the Citrus County website
Hardee County
- COVID-19 vaccines in Hardee County can be found using the state health department’s vaccine locator
Find a vaccine near you
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has launched a vaccine finder for Americans to find locations near them to get vaccinated. That includes pharmacies like Walgreens, CVS, Publix and Walmart.
